This photograph was taken at the end of December 2020 of a snow capped Gallt y Wenallt at sunset. I was photographing the Nant Gwynant Pass and the white capped summit of Gallt y Wenallt just kept catching my eye so I had to photograph it.
Gwallt y Wenallt is one of the lesser known peaks of the Snowdonia horseshoe and is often referred to as the final nail in the shoe. It stands over 600 metres high and the views from its summit are meant to be breath taking from all angles.
