    Ogwen valley is set in the heart of Snowdonia National Park and is surrounded by the Glyderau and Carneddau mountain ranges, Llyn Ogwen at the centre of the image is a 32 ha glacially cut lake that stands at an elevation of 310 meters. Tryfan mountain, which dominated the scene, is part of the Glyderau mountain range is one of the best known and visited mountains in the UK because of its pointed and craggy nature and it stands at an elevation of 918 metres above sea level.
